VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools) Application
The Long Beach Unified School District requires volunteers to complete a VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools) form.
The approval process can take up to 4 weeks and requires a TB test. Once approved, you VIPS clearance is valid for 4 years.
You can get your TB test at the Long Beach Health Department for $32. Call (562) 570-4315 to make an appointment.
